Reference
Reference is the lookup layer. It’s for the question “what’s the exact behavior, value, limit, or shortcut?” — where you already know what you want and just need the answer.
Reference differs from Guides: Guides are about decisions (“when should I link a card?”); Reference is about facts (“what fields are on a card?”). These pages are scannable, complete, and table-shaped where possible.
- Plan limits — what each plan includes; seats; gates.
- Billing — invoice cycle, payment methods, seats, cancellation.
- Notifications — every notification and how to control it.
- Card properties — every field on a card.
- CSV import/export — supported columns and round-trip caveats.
- Security & compliance — hosting, encryption, auth, audit.
- Permissions — the full permission model, every action × role.
- Keyboard shortcuts — every shortcut by surface.
- API — REST, MCP, and webhooks.
