Connect your tracker

Connecting a tracker turns a CardBoard board into a synced planning surface. This walks you through one tracker connection, one board, and one linked card.

Steps

1. Pick your tracker — Azure DevOps or Jira. (Tracker support is intentionally constrained — better one solid integration than ten flaky ones.)
2. Have your workspace admin authorize the tracker. Credentials live at the workspace level. If you’re not an admin, this is the step to forward to one.
3. Enable the tracker on this board — pick which project, repo, or instance to connect.
4. Link your first card. Use the link gesture; the card’s title and status begin to mirror the tracker item, and later edits flow both ways.
5. Know what syncs. Title and status sync. Position, color, shape, outcomes, and reactions don’t. See Trackers for the full list.
6. Conflicts: first write wins; the second gets a notification with the latest state.

Note

Not an admin? You can’t authorize the connection yourself, but you can forward steps 1–3 to a workspace admin and pick up at step 4 once it’s enabled.
