Guides
Guides are the how-to layer. They’re for the question “I know what CardBoard is and I’ve made a board — now how do I use it well?”
Guides differ from Get started: Get started is sequential and tutorial-shaped, while Guides are situational — open one when you need it. Each guide answers a real workflow question, with room for nuance and “it depends.”
- Story mapping — the canonical workflow for the namesake map type: how to run a session, when to use it, common patterns and pitfalls.
- Working with your team — collaboration patterns: reactions vs. comments, running a workshop, async teams, stale cards.
- Working with your tracker — sync patterns: what to link, conflict resolution, reorganizations, migrating off a tracker.
- Workspaces & access — the access model in practice: members vs. guests, collaboration roles, sensitive boards, SSO.
