A landmark month for real-time collaboration: live cursors, presence, stickers, checklists, and comments all came together, alongside a clearer roles model.

New

Live collaboration. See collaborators’ cursors and presence on the board in real time, with live updates as cards, dividers, and stickers change.
Image stickers. Drop images onto the canvas as stickers, alongside the existing text stickers.
Comments on cards. Discuss work right on the card with a rich-text comment editor.
Checklists. Break a card into checklist items with a progress counter and Basecamp-style behavior.
Visual annotation icons. A macOS-style icon picker for annotating the canvas.
Clearer roles. Workspace access is organized into guest, member, and admin roles, with owners and admins able to manage member roles.

Text stickers. Reliable font sizing, placeholders, and zoom scaling, with content that saves immediately and survives dragging.
Card details. Auto-save and two-way tracker sync in the card modal are smoother, with cleaner conflict handling.
Sign-up & guest flow. A simpler sign-up form and a smoother path for invited and guest users.

Extensive real-time stability work so updates broadcast once, modal and canvas stay in sync, and live cursors work in every environment.
Image uploads, sticker creation, and checklist/comment saving are reliable.
Security hardening, including webhook authentication and an XSS fix.
